Delivery and return
Delivery:
We pack the products you ordered in ECO packaging: only cardboard, parchment, twine, ZERO plastic.
Free delivery in Poland to InPost parcel lockers for orders over 250 PLN, and for orders over 800 PLN also by DPD courier.
Best couriers:
In Poland, delivery: to InPost parcel lockers 12 PLN or by DPD courier PLN 16. You can also order a DPD courier with payment on delivery, cost PLN 20.
International shipments: we deliver orders by Post or courier to most countries of the world. Delivery costs will be automatically calculated during checkout and start from PLN 36 (approx. 8 euro). If there is no active carrier for your country, write an e-mail to us and we will quote the delivery for you.
Return:
You can return purchased unused products without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of delivery to you. You will receive the return form in the e-mail confirming the order.
