Delivery and return
Delivery:
We pack the products you ordered in ECO packaging: only cardboard, parchment, twine, ZERO plastic.
Best couriers:
In Poland, delivery: to InPost parcel lockers 12 PLN or by Inpost courier PLN 16. You can also order an Inpost courier with payment on delivery, cost PLN 20.
International shipments: we deliver orders by Post or courier to most countries of the world. We use reliable courier companies such as FEDEX, GLS, DPD, if you have a preferred courier company, contact us and we will price your shipment individually. Delivery costs will be automatically calculated during checkout and start from PLN 36 (approx. 8 euro). If there is no active carrier for your country, write an e-mail to us and we will quote the delivery for you.
Return:
You can return purchased unused products without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of delivery to you. You will receive the return form in the e-mail confirming the order.
